If the temperature in your office needs adjustment, please contact submit a Service Request in your Tenant Center. Your call will be referred immediately to engineering personnel.
The standard hours of operation of the heating and air conditioning systems are 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday Through Friday, and 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM on Saturday. To request services during off-hours, weekends and Holidays, please fill out the After-Hours HVAC Form. Special arrangements can be made through Genea.
All requests must be submitted to the Management Office by 2:00 PM in order to schedule appropriately.
